What Happens in This Step
Submitting your case starts a confidential review by a specialist. We are not asking you to buy anything at this stage; we are gathering enough information to assess the infringement, confirm we can help and propose a plan.
You Describe the Problem
What content or brand asset is involved, where you have seen it misused and how it is affecting you.
💼 A Specialist Is Assigned
Your submission goes to a specialist with experience on the platforms involved, not a general inbox.
Initial Assessment
We check the URLs you provide, confirm the content is still live, and judge the right legal basis — copyright, trademark, impersonation, privacy or defamation.
Plan & Quote
You receive a clear plan: which platforms and channels we will file with, the expected timeline and the cost under our pricing — $100 per successfully removed URL, or ongoing protection at $10 per hour.
Privacy Protected
Everything you share is seen only by your specialist and a supervising reviewer and is never shared outside the case.
Your Decision
Nothing is filed until you approve the plan. You can ask questions or walk away with no cost.
What We Need From You
Your Original Content or Brand
A link to your website, store, channel or profile, or the original files, so we know what we are protecting.
Where You Have Seen It
Any infringing URLs, account names, store names or search terms. If you only know that "my course is on Telegram" or "someone cloned my store," that is enough to start.
Proof You Own It (basic)
Anything that shows you created or control the content — original files with creation dates, a published page predating the copy, a trademark registration number, or a login screenshot of your creator account.
Your Preferred Contact Channel
Email, WhatsApp or the form — and how urgent the case is, so we can prioritize leaks and active scams.
Common Submission Mistakes
Clients sometimes delay submitting for weeks because they believe they need every link, a lawyer's letter or a registered copyright first. None of that is required to start, and the delay lets the content spread.
Submit what you have. We fill in the gaps during scanning and verification, and we only ask for additional documentation when a specific platform requires it.
- Waiting until you have found "all" the infringing links before reaching out
- Assuming you need a registered copyright — original work is protected automatically
- Sending sensitive files through public or unsecured channels instead of our private intake
- Leaving out context such as previous reports you filed yourself, which affects strategy
- Not mentioning time-sensitive items such as expiring Stories or live auctions
- Submitting to multiple services at once, which causes conflicting notices and confuses platforms

Submitting Your Case FAQ
Is there any cost to submit a case?+
No. The review, assessment and plan are free and carry no obligation. You pay only for successful removals, at $100 per removed URL, or for ongoing protection if you choose it.
What if I do not have any links?+
That is common. Describe your content and where you suspect it is being shared, and we locate it during the scanning step.
How do I prove the content is mine?+
Original files, earlier publication dates, your live creator account or a trademark registration are all sufficient for most platforms. We tell you exactly what is needed for your case.
Can I submit on behalf of a client or company?+
Yes. Agencies, law firms and in-house teams submit on behalf of rights holders regularly. We will need written authorization from the rights holder before filing, which we provide a template for.
How will you contact me?+
Through the channel you choose — email at legal@dmcamaster.com, WhatsApp at +92 335 3126688 or the form on this site. All communication stays private.
